It is strange have been working on the same type of work for a long time. You learn a lot and fail a lot. Multiple people will be your senior and you'll be senior to some on a different time. Seniority becomes something abstract; at first it looks only as many years under the belt but then it becomes something different. It might be a different perspective to the same scenarios, the speed of reaction to change both for good or for worse. It is hard to pinpoint from the inside and even harder explain to outsiders.
Sometimes it feels like an eternal impostor syndrome, whenever a hurdle is surpassed another one is just unsuspectingly ahead. Some learn to adapt well to this feeling, others not so much, I wonder what makes that difference.
